This problem is when the address does not exactly match in one of three places:
1) The address you enter in the FFL selection screen at checkout.
2) The address you enter in the payment selection screen at checkout.
3) The address associated with the credit /debit card that you are using (This can be changed by calling the 800 number on the back of your card).
The credit card transaction will not go through if one of these three addresses don't exactly match. This is necessary to prevent Fraud and lower expenses to continue offering the best prices for our customers. If the issue persists, email us at: dahlonegaarmory@gmail.com so we can help.
HOW DOES THE EMAIL FOR PRICE QUOTE WORK?
**MAKE SURE YOU ARE LOGGED INTO YOUR ACCOUNT - THIS WILL NOT WORK UNLESS YOU ARE LOGGED INTO YOUR ACCOUNT**
1) Enter your First Name, Last Name, and your Email Address (must match the email address tied to your account) then hit GET QUOTE.
2) Click on the EMAIL FOR PRICE button again then hit ADD TO CART (The item must remain in your cart until this process is complete).
3) Wait approximately 15 minutes and we will get you a custom price quote email put together.
4) Open the "Your Custom Quote Request" email and click the "To add this price to your cart, click here" link and you will be taken to your shopping cart where the price will be changed to your custom quote pricing.
PRO TIP: You must be logged into your account when requesting the quote, adding to your cart, clicking the custom quote link, and when the price is changed in the shopping cart. Your custom quote will only work for you and is only good for 24 hours.
WHY SHOULD I CONTACT MY FFL PROVIDER BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER?
The FFL providers listed on our website are an unverified resource of FFL providers listed on the ATF website and we do not know any information about them. These are some of the many reason to contact your FFL provider before placing any order.
1) Is your FFL provider open for business?
2) Does your FFL provider accept dropship firearm transfers?
4) Does your FFL provider accept deliveries at the premises address on the FFL?
5) Verify that your FFL provider can and will accept your order during the delivery times of the common carrier.
6) Is your FFL provider on vacation?
7) How much is my FFL provider going to charge me for my firearms transfer?
8) Is the firearm I want to order legal in my state without modification or special condition?
9) Does your FFL provider's license number and address match what is on the ATF EZ check website?
10) Have you notified your FFL provider of the firearm transfer you are having sent to them?
WHERE DO I HAVE MY FFL PROVIDER SEND A COPY OF THEIR LICENSE?
FFL copies can be emailed to dahlonegaarmory@gmail.com. If your FFL provider requires us to contact them or send them a written request for their FFL license, please email us a request with their email address and phone number.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
Unfortunately, orders cannot be changed once they have been placed. We do not have the ability to change what you submit in your order. The only way to change an order is to cancel it. Make sure that your order is correct with all information before placing your order. Orders are submitted to our wholesale partners within seconds of being received by us. Our wholesale partners invoice, generate shipping labels, and pull product within minutes to process and finalize your order. Our wholesale agreements have restocking fees associated with orders that have to be canceled due to any type of a change. To cancel an order, you are responsible for the original shipping charge in your order, any return shipping charges, any wholesaler restocking fees over 10% of your order total, and a 20% restocking fee (which covers the original credit card fee incured when you placed your order, the return credit card fee when your order is refunded/voided, the wholesaler restocking fee, and labor incured in handling your order and associated expenses).

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer additional discounts due to the extremely low margins that we sell our firearms.
CAN I ORDER AN ITEM THAT IS NORMALLY RESTRICTED OR PROHIBITED IN MY STATE?
Unfortunately, we are not able to ship restricted or prohibited items in most cases due to our wholesaler agreements. Sometimes they will get shipped and usually will result in the item getting returned and it is very expensive as it will result in an order cancellation. Most, if not all, of our wholesalers will not ship an item that is restriction or prohibited in our state regardless of modification by the receiving FFL or special circumstance (such as law enforcement exception). Items ordered that are restricted or prohibited to the general public will most likely result in order cancellation.
WHY DID THE PRICE CHANGE ON THE WEBSITE?
Prices change on the website are due to wholesaler data feed changes. The wholesaler with the lowest cost may have ran out of inventory or a wholesaler receives inventory at a lower cost than the previous lowest cost wholesaler. Pricing is set at a specific extremely low margin based on the lowest cost wholesaler with inventory available.
ARE YOU ABLE TO PRICE MATCH OR HONOR PREVIOUS PRICING ON YOUR WEBSITE?
Unfortunately, this is not possible as the price reflected on the website is priced at an extremely low margin based on our current cost from our wholesale suppliers.
CAN THE SHIPPING ADDRESS FOR MY FFL BE CHANGED OR HELD AT THE SHIPMENT FACILITY FOR PICKUP?
Firearm orders cannot be modified once they have been shipped. The shippers will not hold orders at the shipment facility for pickup. Delivery for orders will be attempted by the common carrier and then sent back to the shipper. It is important to be sure that your FFL provider will be available when the delivery attempt is made.
IS THE INVENTORY ON THE WEBSITE AVAILABLE AT DAHLONEGA GOLD AND PAWN?
Website inventory/pricing is only available for online purchase. The inventory/pricing for Dahlonega Gold and Pawn is not listed on this website. Website inventory/pricing is completely separate from retail store inventory/pricing. WILL MY FIREARM ORDER SHIP TO MY HOME?
No. Firearms must be shipped to an FFL (Federal Firearms Licensee).
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER WITH DAHLONEGAARMORY.COM?
1) Add items that you are wanting to purchase to your cart.
2) A preview of your cart will appear prompting you to checkout.
3) When checking out, you will be required to create an account, log in, or use a guest account.
4) Provide your address on your driver's license or state ID card that you will use when picking up your firearm at your FFL provider.
5) Select the FFL you wish to have your firearm shipped to.
6) Enter your debit/credit card information (we do not charge a fee for paying with a card).
7) Select that you consent and agree to the Store Policies (Terms and Conditions) and click the Order capcha.
8) Finalize your order by adding your signature.
9) Click on the 'Place Order' button to place your order.
HOW DO I KNOW THAT YOU RECEIVED THE ORDER I PLACED?
An email confirmation will be sent to the email address provided on the order.
WHAT IF I DO NOT RECEIVE CONFIRMATION OF MY ORDER VIA EMAIL?
If you do not receive confirmation of your order, you can view your order history by logging into the website and going to the 'Track Orders' page. Please click the 'Ask a Question' button at the top of the webpage to ask questions or request information.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?
We process orders asap with current processing times running 2 to 7+ business days once all necessary information is received using UPS, FedEx, USPS, or other shipping carrier as determined by our wholesaler partners or us on the rare occasion we ship your order from our retail location.
DO YOU OFFER A WARRANTY ON THE FIREARMS THAT YOU SELL?
In order to provide the lowest possible price, we do not provide a warranty on any products, contact the manufacturer for any warranty issues.
DO I NEED TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT WHEN ORDERING?
No, but creating an account would give you access to order history, tracking, notifications, and special promotions.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY SHIPMENT?

I LIVE OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES, CAN I STILL PLACE AN ORDER?
No. We only ship to the contiguous United States with the exception of California. We do not ship to California, Alaska, Hawaii or any place outside of the Lower 48.

Yes. We invest time and incur real costs at the time you place your order and during the preparation of every order that is placed on our site, even before the order ships.
