Q: WILL MY FIREARM ORDER SHIP TO MY HOME?
A: The firearm will ship to the FFL (Federal Firearms License) Holder of your choice.
Q: HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER WITH DAHLONEGA ARMORY?
A: Add items to your cart. A preview of your cart would appear each time prompting you to checkout the items. When checking out, provide your shipping address (FFL selection will be based on your shipping location). Select the FFL Dealer that you know or is nearest to you. Pay via debit/credit card. Finalize your order by adding your signature. Click on the Place Order button to place your order.
Q: HOW DO I KNOW THAT YOU RECEIVED THE ORDER I PLACED?
A: You will be sent an email confirmation that your order has been placed.
Q: WHAT IF I DO NOT RECEIVE CONFIRMATION OF MY ORDER VIA EMAIL?
A: If you do not receive confirmation of your order, you can view your order history by logging in to Dahlonega Armory and going to the Track My Order page.
Q: HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?
A: All orders are shipped promptly from a distributor warehouse or in-store inventory within 5 to 10 business days using UPS, FEDEX, or USPS. Tracking number are available for items shipped via UPS and FEDEX.
Q: DO I NEED TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT WHEN ORDERING?
A: No. But creating an account would give you access to order tracking, notifications and special promotions.
Q: HOW CAN I TRACK MY SHIPMENT?
A: You can track your order by logging in and clicking on the Track My Order link at the top most part of the site.
Q: DO YOU ACCEPT CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS?
A: Yes and there are NO credit card fees.
Q: DO YOU CHARGE CREDIT CARD FEES?
A: No. We do not charge credit card fees.
Q: CAN I PAY WITH ANOTHER PERSON'S CREDIT CARD?
A: Customer Information for your order MUST match the billing name on the card used to pay for the order or the order will be cancelled and the order cancellation fee will be charged.
Q: CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE IT'S BEEN PLACED?
A: Orders cannot be changed once it is placed. Please make sure that your order is correct before placing your order.
Q: I LIVE OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES, CAN I STILL PLACE AN ORDER?
A: We only ship to the continental United States with the exception of California. We do not ship to California or outside of the continental United States.
Q: IS THERE A WARRANTY ON PRODUCTS THAT I PURCHASE?
A: Most new firearms and products are warranted by the manufacturer and product returns or repairs should be arranged directly with the manufacturer.
We do not provide a warranty or repairs for any item we sell as warranties and/or repairs, if available, are provided by the manufacturer of the firearms or products purchased.
Manufacturer defects, including cosmetic defects, mut be handled by the manufacturer, please contact them for replacement or repair of your item.
Q: WILL I BE NOTIFIED IF AN ITEM IN MY WISHLIST IS BACK IN STOCK?
A: Yes. You will be notified by email when the item on your wishlist is back in stock.
Q: I DON’T REMEMBER MY PASSWORD OR USERNAME, WHAT DO I DO?
A: From the Log In page, click on the Forgot your Username or Password? link. Enter your username and email address then submit. An email will be sent to you with a link to reset your password.
Q: I HAVE CHANGED MY MIND AND WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL MY ORDER. ARE YOU CHARGING A CANCELLATION FEE?
A: The buyer is responsible for paying an 8% Order Cancellation Fee if you cancel your orde for any reason before your order ships. Unfortunately, this is necessary in order to keep our prices low for all of our customers.
Buyer is responsible for paying for original shipping costs, return shipping costs, and a 20% order stocking fee if you cancel in order to keep our prices low for all of our customers.
Q: I USED THE EMAIL FOR PRICE OPTION TO GET A CUSTOM PRICE. HOW DO I USE A CUSTOM PRICE EMAILED TO ME?
A: The item will be added to your cart at full price. Check your email for a custom quote and a promotion code. At checkout, use the promotion code to use the custom price. Please note that this price is only available for a limited time and available only to you (you need to be logged in to be able to use the custom price).
Q: I NEED TO RETURN AN ITEM THAT I ORDERED.
A: If you are not satisfied with your purchase prior to the firearm being transferred to you, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request within 3 business days of the receipt of the product.
If the item is returned unopened in the original box, in new condition, we will offer you a refurn, less 8% restocking fee, minus original shipping, minus return shipping (if return shipping is provided by US), minus 20% restocking fee.
The product must be returned within 10 busines days of the issuance of the RMA. Products returned without prior approval and issuance of an RMA will not be issued a refund of any kind. Once an item has been transferred from your chosen FFL provider to you no refunds or returns can or will be accepted and no refund of any kind will be provided.
The product must be packed in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product - an additional damaged / open boxm fee of 15% will be assessed on any damaged packaging or sealed product that is opened or removed from its original packaging.
Please note that we do not permit the return of the following products and all sales are final:
- Special orders and products that are custom configured to your specifications.
- Products sold "as is"m or that have been installed or used after receipt.
- All Firearms sales are final.
Q: I NEED TO RETURN A USED FIREARM.
A: Used firearms may not be returned. All sales are final.
